1.5 hour Zoom Video meeting each week over the course of five weeks
Agenda for each meeting/training:
- A short training covering one of the 4 core topics for setting up and implementing systems in your business
- Questions and discussion
- Next is a 60-minute Co-work session to complete the corresponding section of the System setup
- Regroup and review
- Homework and commitments for the following weekly call
By the end of the 5 weeks, your software system will be chosen & set up, your core systems in place and the workflows tested and ready to implement with your customers.
We will cover workflows and systems for day to day client work, lead handling processes and onboarding workflows. Everything you need to have a well-oiled machine by the end of our time together.
All calls will be recorded so if you are unable to make one you can still get the training.
We will be checking homework weekly because ACCOUNTABILITY is an integral part of this process.
Note: You do not have to be using Asana or 17 Hats to be a part of this program. We will review a variety of different software options so you are sure to have the one that is the best fit for you.
